WOMEN’S TRIPS

TO PARIS

Privately hosted journeys designed for women who want to experience Paris, Provence, or Champagne with depth, beauty, and ease.

These women’s trips to Paris and beyond are thoughtfully hosted journeys designed for women who want more than a checklist of sights. Traveling in a small group, guests experience France through local rhythms, meaningful access, and unhurried days — with the confidence of being hosted every step of the way.

These women’s trips to Paris and beyond are not guided tours with flags, headsets, or packed schedules. They are privately hosted journeys where details are handled, introductions are personal, and time is intentionally unhurried.

Guests are free to be present, curious, and relaxed — knowing they are supported by someone who knows the culture intimately.

These women’s trips to Paris are designed for women who:

  • May be traveling solo but don’t want to travel alone

  • Value beauty, culture, and depth over rushing from sight to sight

  • Appreciate thoughtful details, good food, and meaningful conversation

  • Want access to Paris and France beyond without pretense or performance

  • Are ready to be hosted — not herded — through the experience

These trips balance unhurried days with the freedom to linger late — whether that means a long relaxing dinner, a spontaneous jazz club, or simply following the shopping where it leads.

Small groups, by design
These women’s trips to Paris, Provence, and Champagne are intentionally kept small so the experience stays personal, flexible, and human, not performative.

Privately hosted, not outsourced
These journeys are hosted by the founder of Parisienne Farmgirl, not handed off to a tour company or rotating guides.

Access over itineraries
Rather than rushing from monument to monument, the focus is on access to neighborhoods, people, markets, meals, and moments most travelers never reach.

A rhythm that feels like real life
Mornings unfold gently. Meals linger. Many evenings are free to stretch, whether that means a long dinner, a jazz club, or quiet conversation in your villa or back at the hotel. Forget feeling like a tourist; immerse yourself in French culture.

Women who return again and again
Many guests travel twice, three, and even four times—a reflection of the depth, trust, and connection these trips are known for. Discounts for multiple journeys may be available.

WHAT FRANCE FEELS LIKE ON THESE TRIPS

A glass of red wine on a table with a blurred background including a bottle and a glass.

France on these trips is experienced slowly and from the inside out. Days unfold with a natural rhythm — early walks through quiet neighborhoods, time at flea markets and small shops, long lunches, and unhurried afternoons that leave space for discovery.

Some journeys linger entirely in the city. Others naturally widen… offering moments of contrast beyond Paris, where the pace softens and the landscape changes from the spas and tasting rooms of Champagne to the wine caves of Châteauneuf-du-Pape in Provence. These shifts are intentional, designed to deepen the experience rather than rush it.

Across every journey, the focus remains the same: presence over performance, immersion over accumulation, and the freedom to let each day become what it wants to be.

Do I need to come with a friend?
No. Many guests arrive on their own and quickly feel at ease within the group. These women’s trips to Paris and France beyond are designed so solo travelers feel supported, welcomed, and never out of place. Nervous about the airport? A concierge service is available upon request.

Is this a guided tour?
No. These are privately hosted journeys, not traditional guided tours. While days are thoughtfully shaped and hosted, there is space for choice, spontaneity, and personal rhythm throughout the trip.

Is this trip right for me if I’ve already been to France?
Yes. Many guests have visited France before and are looking for a deeper, more meaningful experience — one that feels less like sightseeing and more like living within the city for a time.

Do I need to love antiques, shopping, or a specific theme?
Not at all. While French culture, beauty, and daily life are central to the experience, no single interest defines the trip. Each journey is designed around living well in France rather than following a narrow theme.

What is the age range of guests?
While younger women enjoy our trips, guests tend to be women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond, though curiosity, openness, and a love of travel matter far more than age. These journeys are perfect for making new friends or traveling with a best friend, sister, or mother.

Are these trips considered luxury travel?
These journeys focus on quality, access, and ease rather than excess. Accommodations, meals, and experiences are chosen for their character, comfort, and sense of place. Accommodations range from four-star boutique hotels in Paris to five-star château hotels in Champagne.

Are luxury add-ons or private experiences available?

Yes. While the core experience is intentionally designed around shared moments, rhythm, and connection, additional private experiences can be arranged upon request. These may include spa appointments, personal shopping, private styling, or other bespoke services, coordinated separately to complement — not replace — the group experience.

How many women travel on each trip?
Group sizes are intentionally kept small so the experience remains personal, flexible, and connected.

Bonjour! I’m Angela Joy Reed, creator of Parisienne Farmgirl.

I’ve built my life around the quiet beauty of France: from the elegance of Parisian streets to the slower, sun-warmed rhythms of the countryside. Through Parisienne Farmgirl, I share a way of traveling that is immersive, thoughtful, and deeply rooted in everyday French life.

With years of experience sourcing French antiques, wandering local markets, and living within French culture, I open doors most visitors never see. Whether we’re lingering over coffee in Paris, discovering village markets in Provence, or savoring long meals at the table, every experience is intentionally curated to feel personal, unhurried, and meaningful.

I believe travel is about more than places — it’s about presence and connection. On these journeys, you’ll travel alongside like-minded women, with space for conversation, reflection, laughter, and lasting friendships, while still honoring your need for quiet and independence.

Join me for a journey through Paris and Provence where elegance meets simplicity, beauty is found in the everyday, and each moment invites you to slow down and truly savor the art of living.

“Going to Paris with Angela was an exquisite experience. She made the trip so easy. We were picked up at the airport and taken to a beautiful boutique hotel in a picture-perfect Paris neighborhood.

I came alone, but quickly developed friendships with the other women, so I felt completely safe and relaxed. I enjoyed the laughter and joy of group trips to restaurants, flea markets, the Eiffel Tower, and a cruise on the Seine. I also loved the solitude of walks, exploring a great city, and its museums. I’ve already recommended this trip to all my closest friends and my sisters. You should go, too.”

“Our spring in Paris was amazing in so many ways. We stayed in a beautiful hotel with wonderful food and accommodations. We traveled from market to market, Parisian-style. We hunted for beautiful heirloom pieces big and small. We visited Monet's gardens and museums. We dined on a river cruise, explored food shops, tea shops, and fulfilled all of our dreams and interests. Angela helped create a journey of a lifetime.

We formed friendships that I feel will be lifelong. We laughed together, explored together, and continue to celebrate memories of our trip to Paris!”

Angela was energetic and had such a love for this beautiful city and all it had to offer. The other ladies on the trip were very much kindred spirits. We are still in touch a year later. Angela had all the flea markets scoped out. I had never been to a flea market before, and it was so much fun. We rummaged through art pieces, silver, dishes, tapestries, and everything in between. The dinner/river cruise was a delight. To see all the sites lit up at night was incredible!

But I think my absolute favorite place was Giverny. The gardens were spectacular! The house was as well, but my favorite part of the house was the dining room and kitchen. When I returned home, I painted everything I could ‘Monet’ green. Thank you again for such a memorable trip!”
