Join Angela, Parisienne Farmgirl, for A Week of Quiet Discovery, Rare Finds, and the Art of Bringing France Home

There is a certain kind of traveler who does not come to France for landmarks…

She comes for the small things. The worn edge of an old book. A stack of linen napkins softened by time. A market stall where everything feels as though it has lived a life before finding its way to her hands.

This journey is for her.

For seven days, we move beyond the expected rhythm of Paris and into something slower, rarer, and far more personal. Beginning in Rouen, where antique markets unfold in quiet morning light and medieval streets invite wandering, we step into a world where beauty is not curated but discovered.

A small group journey from Paris to Rouen…

We begin in Paris, then slip away by evening train to Rouen, a city that feels suspended in another century.

Mornings arrive gently. Coffee in hand, baskets ready, and the quiet thrill of an antique market where each object holds a story waiting to be continued in your home.

One afternoon, we leave the city and wind into the countryside toward Lyons-la-Forêt, a village most travelers never reach. Lunch lingers. Time stretches. You begin to notice how differently you move here.

There is no rush. Only the pleasure of finding something unexpected.

A custom-designed journey for Vicki and her friends.

Designed for women who are drawn to beauty with history, to objects with character, and to the quiet thrill of finding something truly one of a kind.

This is not a fast-paced tour of France. It is a slower, more intentional experience centered around antiquing, discovery, and living well for a week.

You will not manage logistics. You will not rush from place to place. Every detail is handled, allowing you to fully settle into the rhythm of the experience.

Most guests arrive solo and are personally hosted throughout the journey, creating a sense of ease, connection, and belonging from the moment you arrive.

“Going to Paris with Angela was an exquisite experience. She made the trip so easy. We were picked up at the airport and taken to a beautiful boutique hotel in a picture-perfect Paris neighborhood.

I came alone, but quickly developed friendships with the other women, so I felt completely safe and relaxed. I enjoyed the laughter and joy of group trips to restaurants, flea markets, the Eiffel Tower, and a cruise on the Seine. I also loved the solitude of walks, exploring a great city, and its museums. I’ve already recommended this trip to all my closest friends and my sisters. You should go, too.”

“Our spring in Paris was amazing in so many ways. We stayed in a beautiful hotel with wonderful food and accommodations. We traveled from market to market, Parisian-style. We hunted for beautiful heirloom pieces big and small. We visited Monet's gardens and museums. We dined on a river cruise, explored food shops, tea shops, and fulfilled all of our dreams and interests. Angela helped create a journey of a lifetime.

We formed friendships that I feel will be lifelong. We laughed together, explored together, and continue to celebrate memories of our trip to Paris!”

Angela was energetic and had such a love for this beautiful city and all it had to offer. The other ladies on the trip were very much kindred spirits. We are still in touch a year later. Angela had all the flea markets scoped out. I had never been to a flea market before, and it was so much fun. We rummaged through art pieces, silver, dishes, tapestries, and everything in between. The dinner/river cruise was a delight. To see all the sites lit up at night was incredible!

But I think my absolute favorite place was Giverny. The gardens were spectacular! The house was as well, but my favorite part of the house was the dining room and kitchen. When I returned home, I painted everything I could ‘Monet’ green. Thank you again for such a memorable trip!”
