Gravel in my Hair?
Friday Happenings...
The seasons are shifting, and I can feel it — not just in the air, but in my heart.
This week, we celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary, and just yesterday, another one of our babies grew another year older. How quickly it all goes… moments slipping through our fingers like the last golden light of summer.
Speaking of golden light — I spent the past week on my tractor, finishing 4,000 square feet of pea gravel in my Giverny-inspired garden. My hair still has a little dust in it, but my heart is full seeing it come together. If you want to ride along with me and see the transformation, I filmed the whole thing for you here: [Watch the garden video on YouTube →]
On Monday’s Homemaker Chic, we shared Ten Ways to Eliminate Clutter but Keep the Cozy — because we both know a home can be beautiful and functional at the same time.
Here’s a peek at three of my favorites:
1️⃣ Define Your Space — Keep only what adds value or joy.
2️⃣ Curate Collections — Display cherished pieces intentionally.
3️⃣ Smart Storage Solutions — Beauty and practicality can live together.

And if you missed it, last week on Substack I spilled my secrets for picking the perfect shade of red lipstick — the one that makes you feel instantly French even if you’re just making dinner.
💌 Final Hours — Today is the last full day to order my End-of-Summer Bundle — a vintage copper casserole, French candle, linens, long matches, and even my favorite grapefruit dish soap. They’re only here until midnight Friday → [Shop the bundle]
🌸 April in Paris — Imagine walking beneath cherry blossoms with an espresso in hand… and being there with friends who love beauty as much as you do. See the trip details here →VOILA!
I’m wishing you a weekend full of warmth, a touch of beauty, and maybe a little pea gravel in your hair, too. 😉
