I received this email and have tweaked it for my own use by substituting the word “Democratic” with “Liberal” and changing the word “Republican” for “Sensible” since I am NOT Liberal, Democratic or Republican but strive to think and be “Sensible.” There’s my disclaimer, now hold on to your every-expanding-thanks-to Christmas-cookies-seats, this is really funny!

And a very Merry Christmas to you, dearie! I so enjoy your blog, and your sometimes, shall we say, irreverent” look at the world around us. Always balanced in there somewhere is your most obvious love for the Lord, and your desire to please Him. So much like your mom, you are!!! Sure wished we could have been at the bash a couple of weeks ago. Next year, for sure! Love to J and the babes.
