(Or should I say, “Le Frigo est arrivé”…oh my french…pitiful…)
When Momma’s Happy
Everybody is Happy!
And let me tell you, this is a happy, happy house!
No more ice chunks, no more frozen lettuce, NO MORE DUCT TAPE!
What a mess to clean the old one all out while the delivery guys were putting that beautiful behemoth of a freezer in my garage. Oh my goodness, my kitchen looked like a war zone. After I got the old fridge emptied I gave it one more really good kick – that’s just the kind of girl I am! They had to take the doors off and my front door off just to get that tank out of the house! Here is another photo in case you weren’t convinced I needed a new one…notice the bottom of the freezer door!
LOL!!!!

And now, look at this lovely, sleek, efficient, SA-WANKY thang below!!!
Last night Joel Baby worked again til (It’s 7 days a week 15+ hour days around here as we prepare for winter. Praising God for the work but missing our family time!) Anyways, I gave myself a break and watched Notting Hill on You Tube in 7 minute chunks and then at 9:30 got it in my craw to clean the house, so I did.

OH LA LA!!!!
Go ahead, open my fridge! There is no shame now!
Like you care – but here is a close up!
And of course the new freezer – part of the “Put Up or Shut Up” challenge.
It’s Monday, wash is on the line, the house looks like that of a bonified Frey Girl*, any ice in the house is where it’s supposed to be…I’m going out to the garden!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
oh man! totally jealous!! that much fridge space with my size family – well – awesome!!
I have that exact freezer in the “cellar”
oohh la la! is right
Well, it is beyond what my imagination conjured up …love the shape, the casters, the name at the top centered…and of course the user friendly inside is a fantasy trip. I would be the one to keep opening it just to peek inside, again and again …you’ve done this, right…
The glass pedestals look so “proud” to have been chose to adorn the top of this kitchen royalty.
I would gladly waitress anytime in your restaurant style kitchen.
so happy for you honey …♥♥♥♥♥ Mom
I am doing a happy dance for you…the fridge looks amazing. Looked like you so deserved it. Have a happy day in your garden! I wish I could be out in mine this morning…oh well off to school!
NICE! There is so much room in there and I am loving the industrial look to the exterior and interior. This has got to be such a joy for you! Congratulations!
P.S. I think I’m going to have to “borrow” your idea to put a carafe of water in the fridge. Yes, I enlarged the pictures 🙂
Well first I am happy for you thrilled really and then I am happy for me- why because you solved my dilema about my nexxt fridge- I need a fridge like that we have one with lots of drawers and cubbies and a wayy wayyyy too small veggie keeper… I need that fridge and a seperate freezer… I have never seen anything like that and it is brilliant. thanks for the inspiration and have a great garden day
Well, for heavens sake! What a beauty she is! I wish mine were half as sweet…my side-by-side is a pain in the derriere! Perhaps someday!
I think I’m a bit behind on your fridge posts… I love your new “toy”! But one question… where is the freezer? Did you decide to just use the large box freezer and go with a whole fridge w/o the usual attached freezer? If so, how does that work out for you so far? What about ice for drinks?
And now after all I’ve written, I’m hoping there isn’t some totally obvious answer to all my questions somewhere right below this post or something… 🙂
Anyway, the fridge is GORGE!!!
Ruth
It is beautiful! Congratulations and what a wonderful, dear husband you have.
Wow, it looks really professional. Now you have a fridge to go with your upper class cuisine and ingredients. Very cool.
I laughed out loud when I read that you gave that nasty fridge one last kick. Good for you!
I am very happy that you have these new appliances. You deserve them, and they will serve you well for many years to come.
Well I had to pop in and have a lookie see and give a hoot and holler at the new fridge 🙂 She’s a real beauty!!!
