Jo Packham… The Great!

Since discovering Where Women Create a few years ago… and then the incredible opportunity to be in Where Women Cook last summer I have been intrigued and awed by the powerhouse that is…
Jo Packham.

Jo has been in the publishing industry for more than 30 years, has authored over 40 arts and crafts titles…
She has her own publishing company…
And of course she is at the helm of the “Where Woman” magazines that we all are so crazy for.

I can say firsthand that is no wonder that Jo has been so successful and that so many of us find her so endearing.  With her expansive resume she remains “one of the girls” and has a way of making you feel so confident in situations that could be rather intimidating.  (I have the pleasure of being a part of one of her latest projects… I’ll tell you about that soon!)

So, it is with GREAT pleasure (and still, utter shock!) that I am happy to share with you that Jo Packham is one of the contributors to the Summer edition of Parisienne Farmgirl Magazine (available July 1st).
You can imagine how excited I was when she saw PFM as a valuable place to advertise… and then when she offered to write for us… well…you could have pushed me over with a feather when I read THAT email!

I can’t wait to share with our readers what she has to say… not to mention the other gorgeous articles!

Things are happening that I never could have thought possible.
Thank you all so much for your comments, kind emails and cheerleading!

I know there are a group of you that are praying for Joel and I and our new magazine and I thank you… we have some big stuff and decisions on the horizon.

Have a GORGEOUS weekend!

  1. Amazing news! I can’t wait for the next issue.

Just a reminder, there has been a bit of Royal loving themed posts going on at Decor To Adore. I know you and your mum share my passion for the monarchy. 🙂

  2. Angela,

What an honor to have Jo Packham contribute to your magazine (and to have her support through advertising)!
I also think that the “Where Women” magazines are such a wonderful addition to the magazine world, and it’s commendable that her endeavors are to discover talented women (and men)and by doing so, offer pages and pages of inspiring content for other women (and men) to read.

  3. I really loved this issue of PF, too! Not only was it a great honor to write for you Angela, I was double blessed to share the pages with Jo in your magazine.. thanks for the wonderful opportunity.. such a joy!
