I Had a Dream…

I have not been sleeping very well the last few nights…who could with dreams like this:

I was in Washington D.C.  for the inauguration.  Only it didn’t look like Washington – ya know how dreams can make places look strange.  I was making my way thru the “Mall” only it didn’t look like The Mall, it looked like a long shopping mall and I had to traverse it to get to a very long theater where the ceremony was to take place.
My entire family and I took up the back three rows of the theater and we awaited the hoopla.  The ceremony began with hundreds of high school students parading down the aisle in full glittery prom attire.  My family and I rolled our eyes as clearly these students represented the youth of America completely enthralled with the “razzle dazzle” of Barack Obama.  What is strange is that even family who I am assuming voted for Barack were sitting with us and rolling their eyes.  Perhaps they had become disillusioned.
Then all became quite and without pomp and circumstance Barack Obama walked down the aisle.  Alone, with no music.  Just:  The One.  You could hear a pin drop and his message was clear.  Look at me, I am all you need.  Everyone but us was enchanted.
He stood for what seemed like 10 minutes in silence, the entire room was silent as he soaked in the adoration.  I don’t remember any particulars of his message until suddenly a scroll of paper began to unfurl behind us and rolled right through our group all the way down towards the front, we had to pull our shoulders aside to get out of the way.  It rolled all the way to the stage.  And President Obama announced that these were the names of the “betrayers!”  Clearly he meant those of us to don’t agree with his goals for the country.  I muttered under my breath, “Betrayers?  Who does he think he is, The Messiah?”  Many of us at the word “betrayers”  held up our arms in a silent, “Whoo-Hoo!” as if to say, “You bet your ass we are betrayers!”  This is when security motioned for me to come out of the theater.
A black women in a security uniform told me I had to leave on account of my behavior.
“What?”  I screamed.  “I can’t even raise my arms SILENTLY in this administration?”

Then we peaked back into the theater and a clip of the movie CRASH was playing on the screen.  “Did you like this movie?”  She asked.  “Yes, I liked it a lot.  It moved me.  I just think it’s too bad they did not address the “reverse racism” thing.  Somebody needs to address the blatant racism towards white people these days.”  Suddenly, she was no longer in uniform but in street clothes and she began to push me.  Like that, “Come on, you wanna fight?” kind of push.
I hollered to my family for back up and they all came out of the theater.  We all began to march down the (shopping) mall.  Eventually there were many many many  conservatives marching with us.  A few select members of my family and I stayed at the back of the pack.  Specifically my cousin and a close black friend of hers.  Those of us who truly DON’T CARE ABOUT COLOR.
It seemed like those in front of us were  not racists but perhaps they were the ones who might, at first be a little uncomfortable if there son or daughter came home with someone who was not the same color as the rest of the family.  (I suppose Oprah would call those kinds of people racists.  But I think they are normal people that need to adjust to new circumstances and  cultures.)
But the group of us that stayed in the back stayed back to protect the rest of the marchers in front of us and to make the angry Obamatrons deal with US.  Most people do not care about color one little bit but the Obamatrons and the media want us all to believe they are everywhere.  We stayed in the back so they would have to deal with us; The majority of Americans.  They were hot on our tail.
There were steps exiting the (shopping) Mall.  They led out to a sidewalk.  When we finally exited there were “party favors”  for the guests of the inaguration sitting in boxes.   Ya know how Obama is such a horrible gift giver?  An Ipod for the Queen, Videos for the British Prime Minister, and a signed copy of that horrible Rolling Stone for his daughters school auction.  Well, now don’t laugh and remember this was just a dream…but his gifts for all of us were Eiffel Tower shaped bottles of balsamic vinegar (I suppose this has something to do with the fact that I am out of balsamic).  They were sitting there in boxes and people started to break them to show there distain.  It was bedlem.  There was no leadership amongst the conservatives…sound familiar?
I mentioned that we line them all up quickly before they made it to the doors.  I thought lines and lines of balsamic vinegar eiffel tower bottles would look like an army of sorts and remind them that it’s not a few fringe crazyies that don’t believe in Obama.
Then I woke up.
Is that the most detailed, beyond weird dream or what?  I have VERY had prophetic dreams before but this didn’t really reveal anything new did it?  It was just weird.  And why, oh why would I have to waste such a creative dream on Obama?  How about that one where I win the lotto, buy myself a Chateau and the “de” to go with it, wisk my family off to the French Countryside to live happily ever after?
I am still waiting for that one.

That was a little scary. WE stayed as far away from DC on Inauguration Day as possible!

The beginning…where THE ONE came through…with nothing else, because he IS THE ANSWER TO THE WHOLE WORLD’S PROBLEMS is not just a dream….it’s a reality. The scroll, with the names of the betrayers gave me GOOSEBUMPS! I know my name was on that list! SO many things about this dream, I think are symbolic. ((SHIVER))

PS: That speech he gave last week, in Constitution Hall…what more proof does one need that his man thinks he is the BE ALL and END ALL? A marxist desecrates the constitution almost every day of his administration and then he goes there to make a speech that basically tells us he is going to CODDLE terrorists and confer upon these animals constitutional rights??? (It might be different if they were actual soldiers wearing a uniform of a standing army!)

I agree with Joni, that speech was bizarre. Maybe that triggered the dream along with all the other build up of things that have happened since he took office. Scary!

I’m with you, lottery and French Chateau!

Hmmm…aren’t dreams strange…and prophetic sometimes? I’d be worried if I wasn’t on that betrayers list!

Boy oh boy, you don’t even want to KNOW what I think. OK…I’ll tell you….I think we Christians are in for the persecution of our lives. And I don’t think there is a pre-trib rapture to suck us out of here. We need to be in His Word more than ever, and not be as the foolish virgins who did not bring extra oil.
Now brother will deliver up brother to death, and a father his child; and children will rise up against parents and cause them to be put to death. And you will be hated by ALL for My name’s sake. But he who endures to the end will be saved. Mt. 10:21-22
Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. For I have come to set a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law; and a man’s enemies will be those of his own household. Mt. 10:34-36 (did you know Jesus was quoting the old testament here? Micah 7)

I used to have cracked-out dreams every time I got pregnant?

Good grief, with all the crazy stuff I go through when I am pregnant I would hope I wouldn’t have to add “cracked out dreams” to the list!!!!
