10 Ways I Stay Organized (and Sane)

I receive quite a few questions on how I “do it all”…

I find it terribly embarrassing.  No one “does it all” and there is NO secret sauce for success, sanity or organization.  But… I did get to thinking that there are a handful of habits I could share with you that might give you some of your own ideas on bringing a little structure into you life.  If needed, that is.

For me, structure and organization create mental space for creativity and these disciplines ultimatly lead to more freedom in my busy life; as oximoronic as that may sound.

The fact is, I AM BUSY.  I may not commute to work or have a boss with deadlines and expectations but I do run this little brand called “Parisienne Farmgirl” and that includes video production, magazine content, Instagram content, a twice weekly podcast and more. NOT TO MENTION my first job and priority and that is my family which includes and friendship and love with my husband and six children who need love, homeschool and to be raised in “the fear and admonition of the LORD”.

I get tired just typing this.  HA!  And I didn’t even mention the farm.

Considering this question, “How do you do it all?” I did have to admit there are probably a handful of decisions I make each day or each week that must contribute to the operations around here.  I’m just like everyone else.  I forget things, I blow people off on accident.  My internet fails on a big day and my closet gets messy. So, as always, I humbly present this to you in the hopes that it inspires you in your own life.

I appreciate you being here.

For more, make sure you subscribe to the magazine and of course, that you listen to the show each week.
