December at Half-Way Farm

To those of you who sent sweet, sweet thoughtful gifts…
thank you so much,
From one farm to another.
To those loyal readers you pray for our family…
thank you so much.
To those who send the kind, encouraging emails, even though we may disagree on some things…  There are emails I simply have not had the time to respond to though they touched me.
Thank you so much.
Still not feeling my best – very behind on everything but just wanted to say thank you quickly.
Merry, Merry (late) Christmas.
Here is to an amazing New Year.

I just trusted and tried a nasal spray called X-clear, which has xyletol, and it really works. Read the research. It is great for treating and preventing childrens earaches. (French Children always have their ears covered.) And, I am planning to read something on line I just found a little while ago, an odd but lucky link: The French Blood in America and here is the link:

I, too, have moved, can see better in the light and can see the moon and stars from my window, so I am sailing with French Navigators. Keep healthy, cuddly and cool.

Hi Angela, sorry I have been off the posting scene here for a while but wanted to say happy new year and love your pics of the farm. We are looking at a farm in france to buy and today I watched my boys playing outside- even though we have a decent 1/4 acre its not the same. Just sat down to your lovely wintery farm pics and I feel so inspired. If God wants us to make this huge move from Australia to France I know it will happen! Here’s to some great dreaming! xxCorrina

Thank you I enjoyed that. Looks like you got things whipped into line pretty fast, amazing that you could do the moving and prepare for a birthday and Christmas, with people coming over on top of it all, simply amazing.

This video speaks eloquently of what you and your husband are attempting to do with your lives. As a reader who has prayed for that farm for you ever since you posted a picture of the big red farmhouse, and even more so when I read of you having to get rid of your chickens in your old neighborhood, I am so happy that you are on your way. And to see in the video that even amid the unpacking, and duct cleaning, and feeling under the weather that you and your husband gave those 4 beautiful children a Christmas to remember with a tree they chose and cut and decorated, family gathered to eat a delicious meal, and even a birthday celebrated for a sweet little girl, that is so amazing!
