I did, and I thought of you!
We are heading to our beloved vacation destination of choice (stateside) this summer... Door County and we'll be doing a lot of big riding with the kids (And those trailer, bike attachment thingies... they'll see us a-coming! I promise we will refrain from wearing matching outfits a-la-VonTrapps!).
I realized I hand't been on my bike in years! Boy - my thighs realized that too as I rode up my first hill!
Anyhoo.
I have the wonderful opportunity to "meet" the most interesting people via this blog and Parisienne Farmgirl Magazine and I am totally in love with one of the magazine's newest advertisers and I think you are going to love her too!
Her name is Vanessa Harris and she has just launched "Vintage Infused"!
First of all -
How cool is THAT NAME!?
Here is what Vanessa has to say about her gorgeous, new, online boutique...
"I am so pleased to offer you a unique upscale hybrid Boutique to tempt many appetites. For nearly 15 years I have been in the luxury Spa Industry. I have had the pleasure of opening 5 Resort/Boutique spas where I gained the knowledge and now possess the ability to find authentic, natural quality goods from all around the world. You will also find a select group of artisans whom I have hand chosen to show their designs here with us at Vintage Infused. I am excited to bring my experience to you through tactile Boutique items we all search for in the hay stack. I hope you are barefoot and cozy in the comfort of your home and ready to indulge in unique organic findings from me to you!"
I could not stop looking around...
Here are some the treasures that intrigued me!
Her items are carefully selected and of a refreshing variety... truly infused with vintage.
You know how much I love blue and white (I mean, come on... look at my kitchen!) and so I about flipped when I made my way to her blue and white dishes page...
As the mother of two little Imelda Marcos' I am swooning over these hand made baby shoes! And I am beyond thrilled to announce that Vanessa has offered to give a pair to one lucky blessed Parisienne Farmgirl reader!
Here is how to enter this giveaway...
Pop over to

Today (5/17/12) thru Sunday (5/21/12 at midnight CST) Vanessa is offering a VERY generous gift with purchase for any Parisienne Farmgirl readers! This ten ounce, 60 hour candle made JUST for Vintage Infused... (when you check out make a "note to seller" that you are a PF reader)
"I wanted the smell of Country Air that was "ever so slight"..."no heavy perfumes" I said when trying to find the right scent & Lori (owner of Hunny B) brought me Egyptian Sheets. It was meant for Vintage Infused and has found its home! We packaged it just the way I would want a candle in my home to look...like nothing else out there. I did not want a label on the candle, just the packaging so once you un-wrapped it you could simply blend it into your decor & you could smell soft notes of what "home" smells like." - Vanessa
Ingredients: 100% Natural Soy, Cotton Wick

As our minds are turning to Memorial Day... that supporting these new companies like Vintage Infused, Parisienne Farmgirl Magazine and the rest of our advertisers is something to be proud of! We've fought long and hard in this country to have these great freedoms... we mustn't take it for granted that we women can take an inspired idea and create a business that employees people and gives others hope and inspiration!
It is truly incredible!
Every time you support a small online or local business you are blessing others!
Bonne Chance!

What a cute shop! I loved the Barr Co. items. Not only did they look like quality fun spa items, but the packaging is precious.

Wow, just found the blog and i have a new crush!!! I loved a bunch of her things, but if i had to pick one.......the pepsi dog feeding crate is perfect. My kiddos want a dog, this just might be the thing that wins me over. :)
Those shoes are adorable!
My favorite items in her shop are the sachets and the spa sets!

I loved the Elizabeth shoes. Oh! I must not forget the salves and soap. Very cool. Thank you for entering me in your drawing. Lovely, lovely blog.

Ummm....I love EVERYTHING about this shop! Those little pillowcase dresses are too cute! Too bad I don't have a little girl to buy for. I don't think my son would want one. But the Barr Co. and ironstone pieces are my faves. I love the fact that it is US artists. I would much rather purchase from a US cottage industry owner than any other.
Amazing and adorable!!!Have a nice nice weekend!

I adore the blue and white wares for my kitchen and table!
If I were prego (pregnant) I would definitely pick the tummy sash! love that to adore the Blessing growing inside.
The linen looks so good to sleep in...
And the candle looks to pretty to use!
Hmmm. does that make sense.
All and All I would love to participate to have a chance for these tres cute petite shoes. To adorn the totally cute feet of my little enfant.
Thank you so much for a chance in this giveaway and Infused Vintage will be bookmarked! Love it.

My favorite items of all were the Nanette Rosebud Headband and Mollie Petite Trio Headband. They remind me of the vintage hats my mom collects!
The whole store was really lovely though, I could easily pick favorites in the iron ware or blue & white dishes as well :o)
My girls are too big for the baby shoes but my one year old niece needs them.....yes, NEEDS them!
Thanks,
Sarah C.
